Over the past two decades, Anthony has operated inside the most demanding infrastructure environments in the industry, holding senior and staff-level engineering roles at Twilio, NetApp, and VMware.

He has owned the end-to-end technical relationship for some of the largest enterprise and federal customers in the world, run root-cause analysis on mission-critical outages, and built support programs adopted org-wide. He earned the lowest reopened ticket rate on his team three years running and led an initiative that cut aging enterprise cases by 95%. He has been the person companies call when the system absolutely has to work.

What he kept seeing at every level though was the same gap. Businesses investing in technology that looked impressive in a demo and failed in production, not because the idea was wrong, but because the engineering behind it wasn't built to last.

As a Staff Engineer and AI Systems Architect, Anthony brings something most AI shops simply cannot offer.
