If Team Automated, LLC becomes aware of a confirmed security incident involving systems under our reasonable control, we will take commercially reasonable steps to investigate and respond.

When Team Automated, LLC processes client data on behalf of a client, the client remains responsible for determining whether notice to its own customers, leads, patients, users, regulators, or other parties is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Team Automated, LLC is not responsible for data breaches, security incidents, or unauthorized access caused by third-party platforms, client systems, client users, client negligence, or credentials provided by the client.

15. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, support tax and accounting obligations, and improve our services.

Client data stored in third-party platforms may remain subject to the retention policies of those platforms.

After cancellation or termination, clients are responsible for exporting, saving, transferring, preserving, or deleting their own business data unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients retain ownership of their own customer data, lead data, CRM data, appointment data, business records, and related information.

Team Automated, LLC may access, process, configure, organize, transmit, analyze, or use client data only as reasonably necessary to provide services, support systems, troubleshoot issues, improve workflows, comply with law, enforce agreements, or fulfill client-authorized business objectives.

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, integrity, consent status, and compliance of the data they provide or authorize us to access.

17. Confidentiality

We treat client business information, customer lists, system access, operational data, workflows, strategy materials, credentials, and related materials as confidential unless disclosure is necessary to provide services, authorized by the client, required by law, or necessary to protect legal rights.

Clients are also expected to protect confidential information, pricing, proposals, templates, strategies, documentation, workflows, prompts, methods, and proprietary materials provided by Team Automated, LLC.

18. Regulated Data and Sensitive Industries

Team Automated, LLC does not agree to handle protected health information, regulated financial information, legal client information, government-restricted data, children’s data, or other highly regulated data unless a separate written agreement has been reviewed, approved, and signed by both parties.

Team Automated, LLC is not a HIPAA Business Associate and does not agree to act as a HIPAA Business Associate unless a separate Business Associate Agreement has been reviewed, approved, and signed by both parties.

Clients in healthcare, legal, financial, insurance, senior care, disability services, addiction recovery, mental health, child care, real estate, or other regulated industries are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with all applicable professional, privacy, marketing, advertising, confidentiality, and industry-specific rules.
